49/mile for distance covered between patient home appointments Unit: Home Health Shifts available: Days Shift timings: 8 Hours; Days, 8a – 5p Schedule: 40 hours / week guaranteed, 5 shifts per week, Mon-Fri, No weekend or call Position Requirements: Current Occupational Therapist experience: 1-2 years

• Required Recent/Current Home Health OT experience: 12 months within the past 3 years
• Required Home Care Home Base (HCHB) charting experience
• Required Must have valid Driver’s License and Personal Auto Insurance Must be Covid Vaccinated or provide medical or religious exemption Education, License and Certification Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy or Similar – Required Current State License as Occupational Therapist for the state applying or compact if accepted in that state
• Required BLS Certification from AHA or American Red Cross
• Required Job Description: Provide Occupational Therapy services to patients/clients at their homes. Consult with the physician and an interdisciplinary team in the development of a plan of treatment Utilize skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with the individual's functional level and potential Plans and prepares treatment plan based on evaluation of patient data Provide in-home OT treatment programs to assist patients in restoring function, relieving pain, and preventing disability Allow patients and their families to maintain dignity and independence while receiving safe, effective rehabilitation in the security of their home Drive to patient homes in the assigned territories on daily basis.
