Kids Club Attendant The Club at Tartan Fields – Dublin, Ohio Position Overview The Club at Tartan Fields is seeking an energetic, responsible, and engaging Kids Club Attendant to provide a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for our members’ children. This role is essential in enhancing the family experience at the Club by delivering high-quality care and interactive programming.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times Create a fun, engaging, and inclusive environment through games, crafts, and activities Check children in and out according to Club procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s experience or any concerns Enforce Kids Club policies and safety standards consistently Assist with special events, family programming, and seasonal activities Respond calmly and appropriately to any incidents or emergencies Qualifications Previous childcare, camp, or youth program experience preferred Friendly, energetic, and patient personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage groups of children of various ages CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Must be dependable and professional in appearance and conduct Schedule & Availability Part-time position Evenings, weekends, and holidays required based on Club activity Flexible scheduling based on operational needs Arcis Golf provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
