The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair duties to ensure that the Company's premises are maintained to a high standard.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Painting; Gypsum/drywall installations and repairs; General preventative and reactive maintenance; General building fabric repairs and upkeep; Basic plumbing and general electrical works; Basic masonry works; Assisting with other general maintenance duties as required.

Requirements

Be organised, practical and trustworthy; Be capable of working efficiently and with minimal supervision; Show a strong dedication towards customer satisfaction; Be a problem solver and capable in general troubleshooting; Possess good communication skills and be proficient in the English language.
