LTC/SNF/Assisted Living experience preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and care skills. Able to follow care plans and collaborate with staff.

Responsibilities

Clinical Care: Assist with ADLs and monitor resident health status. Administer medications and treatments. Document resident care and report all changes. Collaboration & Safety: Follow physician orders and established care plans. Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment. Provide emotional support and companionship.
