Kesson Technology is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management to lead a portfolio of strategic Digital Workplace Services initiatives.

This role is responsible for driving the successful delivery of multiple complex programs that support employee productivity, collaboration, workplace technologies, service modernization, and business transformation across the enterprise. The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative leader with strong program management expertise, executive communication skills, and a proven ability to influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple concurrent programs and projects from initiation through execution and delivery. Develop and maintain program roadmaps, project plans, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics. Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and resource needs across the program portfolio. Provide regular program updates, executive communications, dashboards, and presentations to leadership. Drive cross-functional collaboration and accountability to ensure delivery against commitments. Support strategic planning, prioritization, budget management, and OKR execution.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, partnership, and operational excellence. Minimum Requirements Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 9+ years of professional experience and 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience. Critical Skills 7+ years of program and project management experience leading complex technology initiatives.

Experience managing multiple enterprise programs simultaneously. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Strong executive communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting Digital Workplace, Microsoft 365, Collaboration Services, Employee Experience, Infrastructure, or Enterprise Technology programs. PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or related certification preferred. Technology & Tools Experience with the following tools is preferred: Microsoft Project Online Azure DevOps (ADO) Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Planner) Power BI PowerPoint and Excel Service.
