As Chief of Staff (m/f/d), you take on a central role at the interface between executive management, the leadership team, and operational units. You drive strategic initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and promote cross-functional collaboration. In this position, you actively support top management in achieving goals and make a significant contribution to the sustainable development of the company.

** Your Responsibilities **

  • ** Strategic Initiatives & Executive Support **

  • Support and implement company-wide strategic initiatives

  • Take responsibility for achieving key milestones in important projects

  • Track progress and follow up (e.g., ensuring that >90% of initiatives are implemented as planned)

  • Executive support: Ensure effective information flow between management, teams, and external stakeholders

  • ** Operational Excellence and Efficiency Improvement **

  • Identify, implement, and monitor efficiency programs

  • Introduce process automation and optimize existing workflows

  • Implement measures to reduce operational complexity (e.g., reducing redundant meetings)

  • Ensure high satisfaction among leadership and teams (e.g., >90% satisfaction with meeting moderation and organization)

  • ** Revenue and Growth Support **

  • Support the achievement of revenue, ARR, and customer targets

  • Promote collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to improve lead quality, conversion rates, or reduce churn rate

  • Participate in go-to-market initiatives and market entry strategies, including customer acquisition and retention

  • ** Cross- Functional Collaboration & Change Management **

  • Manage and implement cross-departmental programs to improve value creation

  • Participate in the successful introduction of new tools, processes, or organizational initiatives—within defined time and budget frames

  • Take an active role in enablement and training measures for teams and leaders

  • Contribute to programs for employee development, talent retention, and leadership promotion
