We’re currently hiring Line Cooks (AM & PM) to join our Mueller team in Austin. What You’ll Do As a Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in bringing our menu to life. Our kitchen is fast-paced, scratch-based, and built on consistency, cleanliness, and high standards .

This is not a single-station role-you’ll be expected to learn and work across the kitchen. You’ll: Work across all stations (Dish, Prep, Salad/Sandwich, Grill/Fry, Sauté, Expo) Prepare dishes like salads, sandwiches, salmon, omelets, pancakes, and more Follow recipes and specs to ensure consistency and quality every time Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace ( clean as you go is the standard ) Support your team to keep service running smoothly and efficiently Uphold food quality, speed, and execution during high-volume service Standards & Cross Training At Dish Society, standards matter-and so does growth.
