The successful candidate will play a key role in driving plant performance, maintaining compliance, leading site teams, and ensuring strong financial and operational management across both facilities.
Regular travel between sites is essential.
Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of operational and financial performance, including budgeting, cash flow forecasting, profit and loss reviews, reporting, feedstock procurement and cost control.
Drive a strong health, safety and environmental culture through risk assessments, safe systems of work, incident reporting, training, competency development and continuous improvement initiatives. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities. Additional tasks may be required in line with the needs of the business.
Proven experience managing Anaerobic Digestion, renewable energy, waste processing or similar industrial facilities. Strong knowledge of Environmental Permit compliance, APHA requirements, PAS 110 standards and associated operational reporting processes.
