Overview
The Project Manager oversees end-to-end project delivery for new and existing clients—managing scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and stakeholder communication. Serving as the primary client contact, this role partners with Technical Leads to build project plans and ensure successful implementation of the company’s Safety Suite applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple projects to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals. Manage full project lifecycle: planning, execution, risk, resources, and communication. Guide clients through implementation and resolve issues using sound judgment. Coordinate global, cross-functional teams and translate customer needs into requirements.
Track costs, timelines, deliverables, and maintain accurate project documentation. Conduct status reporting, reviews, and quality checks; support RFPs and proposals as needed.
Requirements
Experience with Agile methodology. Proven project management experience in consulting or life sciences. Background in GxP environments preferred. Experience managing projects of varying size, duration, and budget. Strong IT systems implementation experience. Knowledge of Computer Systems Validation and related certifications (e.
g., PMP, SCRUM Master) preferred. Japanese fluency (JLPT N2+ preferred); experience with Japan-based companies is advantageous.
