  • Friday 8am - 5pm What work will you perform? We are seeking an Agent Development Executive with a sincere passion for helping business owners grow and succeed. This relationship-driven role focuses on developing agent growth strategies, coaching agents on sales and operational best practices, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding existing customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a confident networker and presenter who can build trusted partnerships with business owners of all sizes and effectively communicate business solutions to decision makers and executives, from small businesses to multimillion-dollar companies. Success requires strong business development skills, strategic thinking, and a genuine commitment to helping agents and their customers achieve long-term growth. Essential Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional agent growth strategies to drive business expansion and long-term success. Build strong relationships with agents, coaching them on sales strategies, operational based best practices, and opportunities to grow existing customer accounts. Identify new business opportunities for and partner with agents to expand customer relationships and develop targeted sales strategies. Network with business owners and key decision makers to develop relationships, present business solutions, and support growth opportunities. Collaborate with Business Development and Sales Administration teams to align new accounts with agent capabilities and coordinate customer bids. Monitor agent performance and year-over-year growth, maintaining accurate and timely activity records in Salesforce. Coordinate travel, agent visits, business meetings, and other activities that support relationship development and regional growth. Required Minimum Experience and Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Five years of business development experience Preferred Experience and Education: Two years of sales experience within the transportation or logistics industry Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Availability for frequent regional travel, sometimes with limited advance notice Must possess impeccable organization and time management skills Strong skills in identifying opportunities, developing growth strategies, expanding customer relationships, and driving results within multimodal transportation and logistics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences. The ability to establish credibility, build trust, and develop lasting relationships with independent business owners, customers, and industry contacts.
