HR Workday Supervisory Organization Specialist

Join our team and play a key role in shaping and maintaining our global Workday organizational structure. Functional Accountabilities:

• Manage and maintain Workday Supervisory Organizations globally, including: a) Creating, modifying, splitting, and assigning superior organizations. b) Maintaining organizational hierarchies and reporting structures.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure Workday organizational design aligns with business structures.
• Provide guidance and support on organizational changes, restructures, and workforce planning initiatives
• Support Workday security role assignments and inheritance within supervisory organizations.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve organizational structure and data-related issues.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and governance of Workday Supervisory Organization management.
