The base compensation is $62,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus performance-based earning opportunities Starting base of approximately $30 per hour Performance-based earning opportunities with weekly payouts Performance pay designed to reward the revenue you create Paid training Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Potential future rotating on-call schedule after approximately 90 days Company vehicle and gas card Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance options through a company-provided allowance 2 vacation days after the 90-day probationary period Approximately 7 paid holidays Tool loan account available for purchasing tools Opportunity to work directly with the owner during your initial training Why You’ll Love It Here Help build Mink Plumbing's HVAC department from the ground up Work directly with the owner during your first couple of weeks to learn the company's processes, expectations, and approach Take ownership of both HVAC sales and installation while the department grows Earn more through a performance-pay approach designed to reward measurable revenue production Get additional installation support when a job requires another set of hands Stay focused on selling, serving customers, and completing HVAC work while another team member handles follow-up on unsold estimates Grow with the department as increased revenue creates opportunities to add dedicated HVAC installers Your New Role Work out of Mink Plumbing's Tyler, Texas location Report to the office each workday before heading into the field Run HVAC sales and service opportunities independently once training is complete Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions Sell and install the HVAC work you generate Perform professional HVAC system installations with a focus on quality workmanship Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the sales and installation process Follow a consistent HVAC sales process and track measurable sales performance Take ownership of revenue production and weekly performance Work independently in the field with additional installation support available when needed Help establish and grow Mink Plumbing's HVAC department Participate in a future rotating on-call schedule, potentially beginning after approximately 90 days Be the first dedicated HVAC hire, working closely with the company president to help establish, shape, and grow the HVAC department from the ground up Hiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience.

5+ years of professional HVAC experience preferred, with strong hands-on experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, servicing, and installing HVAC systems HVAC sales experience preferred Ability to independently troubleshoot, diagnose, service, and install HVAC systems Class B license is a strong advantage and may influence starting compensation Basic hand tools Strong customer communication skills and ability to recommend appropriate HVAC solutions Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Willingness to participate in a future rotating on-call schedule The Mink Plumbing Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
