About the Role

Hiring immediately for full time experienced barista with cashier experience. As a Barista, you will be the face of our coffee shop, delivering exceptional beverage and food experiences to every guest. Your primary goal is to craft high-quality coffee and specialty drinks while maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment.

You will engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized service that encourages repeat visits. This role requires balancing speed and accuracy in a fast-paced setting, ensuring all health and safety standards are met. Ultimately, your contribution will enhance customer satisfaction and support the overall success of the establishment.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service or food preparation preferred but not required. Ability to perform repetitive motions and stand for extended periods. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a fast-paced coffee shop or food service environment. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment. Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards. Ability to multitask effectively under pressure. Creative approach to customizing beverages and enhancing guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company recipes and customer preferences. Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and answering questions about the menu. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.

Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, such as preparing drinks, restocking supplies, and assisting team members during busy periods. Skills: The required skills such as repetitive motions and multitasking abilities are essential for efficiently preparing multiple orders while maintaining quality.

Guest service and professionalism ensure that every customer interaction is positive and welcoming, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.
