Our services: -Strategic legal advice in reforms of regulatory frameworks and regulatory issues, contract negotiations and disputes -High-level legal advice and risk assessment in relation to investments and M&A in the renewables industry -Applications and administrative appeals to local and national authorities in the energy and environmental sectors -Disputes and expropriation cases before the courts -Mediation and arbitration, also acting as arbitrators
