We regularly monitor our panel of treatment providers and provide clear feedback as to our findings to ensure all our clients receive the highest levels of care. 10Bridge work to a mutually acceptable service level agreement (SLA) and will commit to a minimum key performance indicator (KPI). The SLA is flexible and can be tailored to suit specific requirements. For Insurers We provide insurers with more convenient and efficient ways of managing and delivering diagnostics and rehabilitation services. We provide a single, trained point of contact to manage your cases from instruction to the delivery of the discharge report. We use reporting tools that enable us to identify and deal with any case issues promptly and to deliver continuously excellent cycle times.
