About 1000 Island Taxi

Welcome to the 1000 Islands! Whether you are a local resident running errands or a visitor exploring the stunning beauty of the St. Lawrence River, getting around should be the least of your worries. At 1000 Island Taxi, we pride ourselves on being more than just a ride: we are your local experts, your designated drivers, and your gateway to everything this region has to offer. Operating out of the heart of the region, we provide premium Thousand Islands transportation that is reliable, safe, and surprisingly affordable. From the bustling docks of Alexandria Bay to the quiet charm of Clayton and the busy terminals of Syracuse Airport, we’ve got you covered. More Than Just a Taxi: Meet Our Brands We believe that travel should be an experience, not just a transition. To provide the best possible service to our community, we operate under three distinct but connected brands: 1000 Island Taxi: Our core service. We provide reliable, point-to-point transportation, local runs, and long-distance shuttles. When you need a taxi in Alexandria Bay NY, we are the first call you should make. Thousand Touch Tours: This is where the adventure begins. We offer specialized 1000 Islands scenic tours that take you beyond the standard tourist traps. Our drivers know the hidden gems, the best sunset spots, and the local history that makes this region so special. Thai Yoga Bodywork: We know that travel and daily life can be stressful. Our wellness brand offers traditional Thai Yoga Bodywork to help you relax and restore. It’s the perfect "Zen restore" after a long week or a busy trip. Your Local Shortcut to the Islands Why choose us? It’s simple: we are locals. We don't just follow a GPS; we know the backroads, the traffic patterns, and the best places to grab a bite. When you hire a Thousand Islands private driver from our team, you’re getting someone who cares about your experience. Our primary vehicle is a modern, black 7-passenger Honda Pilot. It is spacious and meticulously cleaned.
