1859 Operating, LLC  is a performance driven,  privately owned oil and gas exploration and production company.  We specialize in the acquisition, development  and management of oil and gas assets. With an operator approach we acquire assets and implement cost conscience development programs to boost oil and gas production while improving efficiency. We underwrite every lease through disciplined analysis of data and production performance, asset life, and upside potential. Since 2021 our management team has been responsible for the successful acquisition, development and drilling of over 200 oil & gas wells.
