About 1REC

1REC is now the Real Estate Collective! We're building "the Glassdoor for retail CRE": a platform where brands, brokers, and vendors can discover and (anonymously) share insights about retail Destinations and store development Vendors. Information asymmetry and opacity is a big problem in retail CRE. So in our mission to lower the barrier to entry to offline retail, we're focusing on democratizing access to information and insights. 1REC also offers free resources to professionals and even students looking to expand their knowledge about store development, with a uniquely analytical angle. Subscribe to "Clicks to Bricks: The Playbook" (clickstobricksplaybook.com) to access retail expansion tactics and strategies, and stay up to date with new releases!
