Since 1970, 1st Lake Properties has designed, developed, acquired, and managed over 9,500 apartment units in greater New Orleans, primarily in Metairie, Kenner and River Ridge. Specializing in higher quality properties in Louisiana and Mississippi, 1st Lake Properties apartment complexes are operated under the 1st Lake Properties management division. Our corporate housing division will assist in locating the corporate residence or short term housing that will fit the needs of the client. Our commercial property division also manages a number of suburban office buildings, neighborhood retail shopping centers, warehouses, and self-storage buildings in the New Orleans area. We have recently added apartment properties throughout Southeast Louisiana in Baton Rouge and on the Northshore. We also have apartments in Picayune, Mississippi, and plan to expand throughout the Gulf South.
