We work through three engagement models depending on what a situation calls for: ▸ Strategic & Transactional Advisory — exit and recapitalization readiness, governance diagnostics, financial restructuring, M&A transaction support, and PE sponsor portfolio company work. ▸ Operating & Interim Leadership — seasoned executives in the seat as interim CEO, CFO, COO, CRO, CHRO or CXO Direct Report functional leaders - during periods of transition, growth, or distress.
