About 3green

3green is a Market Positioning and Strategy practice for businesses seeking scale. Markets move quickly around us these days, the assumptions which underpin our strategy rendered worthless in an alarmingly short time. So we doggedly focus on delivery, the hussle culture keeping us obsessed by performance metrics, expecting a breakthrough “anytime soon”. But hard work alone won’t deliver scale. Rather, our effort must be focussed on the optimum part of our market, where we offer the customer who values us most, the thing they simply can’t get anywhere else. That’s why Market Positioning is at the heart of our practice. We step customers into a stronger, more defensible part of their market, where they are: Easy to understand Fast to transact Distinct from competitors You can find more information on Market Positioning and other growth programmes at 3green.biz Auckland Office Phone: +64 21 854 080
