Regulatory Standards 3HA Care Services is committed to fulfilling and exceeding the requirements of the Health & Social Care Act 2008. In addition we are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as well as being a member of the United Kingdom Home Care Association (UKHCA). 3HA Care Services is an established care provider fully accredited by Essex County Council as a preferred provider.
