Hi, my name is Charles Laird. I am one of two associate brokers here at 4HOUSES Realty in Birmingham. In the past 18 years, I’ve seen countless sellers struggle to sell their homes for top dollar. What I discovered is that the majority of listing agents are focused on the photos, virtual tours, and scheduling showings.
