The health, sports and solidarity initiative "5 Ironmans Beat Alzheimer's" is a non-profit association with 3 main missions: Raise Awareness: Producing a documentary movie across 5 European Countries centered on brain and mental health, capturing the voices and the innovation surrounding the stakeholders of dementia, including patients, researchers, healthcare professionals, caregivers, and policymakers. Promote Prevention: Engaging youth and the public in brain health education via conferences, school talks, and sports events. Study: a longitudinal multicase study with endurance athletes at risk for dementia-related diseases hunting for physical and brain health resilience factor.
