About 5 Peaks Youth Solutions

5 Peaks offers school and community based programs for K-5th and 6th-12th grade youth. We provide wellness coaches who use social-emotional methods and psychoeducational tools to promote higher development of student core life skills. Our proven methods focus on who the student is becoming individually (managing emotions, developing courage and resilience), how they are connecting with others socially (handling conflict, communicating, developing empathy), and where they are growing in executive functioning (planning, focus, actions). We believe there are five key contributors to positive well-being in children and we pursue them as the “climbing peaks” of our programs. 1. Building Healthy Relationships (social connections) 2. Self-Managing Feelings (emotional health) 3. Getting Active (fitness) 4. Staying Curious (intellectual growth and learning) 5. Being Helpful and Giving (other-mindedness) We offer managed services, deploying our wellness coaches to schools in northern California. We also license other non-profits as affiliates, training their staff and supporting them to contract 5 Peaks programs with schools in their region.
