A&C Ventures, Inc. (“ACV”) is a private real estate investment firm based in Sonoma, California. Since 1992, ACV has been active in the acquisition, development, redevelopment, and management of single tenant retail properties throughout the United States. ACV has been involved with numerous sale-leaseback portfolio transactions with national and regional retailers. Since its inception, ACV has acquired more than 1,000 properties in 35 states with a total estimated value of over $3 billion, encompassing more than 8 million square feet of retail space. ACV’s current portfolio consists of over 220 properties in 35 states totaling 4.3 million square feet, valued at approximately $850 million.
