About A Beautiful Distraction

A Beautiful Distraction is more than a brand — it’s a canvas for culture, a journal for dreams, and a movement for creators. Founded by accomplished artist and 3x author Sarina Freincle, A Beautiful Distraction is a tribute to the beauty, resilience, and brilliance of Black culture. Through bold, evocative art and purposefully crafted journals, I honor our history while empowering our future. Every brushstroke, every written word, and every curated event is designed to celebrate the Black experience unapologetically. I create to elevate our stories, inspire fearless creativity, and build spaces where culture and craft are intertwined. From collectors of fine art to everyday visionaries filling the pages of my journals, A Beautiful Distraction invites you to be part of a community that moves with intention and creates with heart. For the Culture. For the Creators. For the Legacy. Welcome to your beautiful distraction.
