About A.C. Coaching

Who are we? I am Anne Choquette, a consultant and executive coach specializing in executive team collaboration and leadership transition. I work with clients from Canada, the United States, Europe, and have also supported teams in South America, India, China, and more. My clients primarily consist of leaders operating in diverse sectors such as energy, aerospace, engineering, agri-food, finance, pharmaceuticals, design, transportation, and others. We work with both large organizations and SMEs, and multiple client relationships are still active over 10 years later. We believe in assisting teams in facing challenges and turning them into sustainable results. What do we do? Clients come to us for two main reasons: -To get their teams back on track after having deviated from their objective. -To help already thriving teams maintain their success (continuous improvement mindset). Why us? Our approach stands out because of our innovative perspective, fueled by our international and cross-sector experience, and our unwavering commitment to evolve. Our growth is 100% based on word-of-mouth referrals. We enjoy working with both large and small corporations. We often collaborate in duos or larger groups, depending on the client’s needs. We strongly believe teamwork provides different perspectives, and limits blind spots. . Anchored in the “future of work”, we’ve built an international network of hand-picked coaches and consultants with varied backgrounds. This way, we manage to offer you an international perspective adapted to your local reality We have developed a close collaboration with 4-D Systems How NASA Builds Teams (United States, China, India...), Alternatives Conseil (France and Belgium), Groupe Trigone (France), Preventa Consulting (England, Brazil, Canada, and the United States), rHevolution (Quebec), and more.
