About A-M-G, Agile Management Group

A-M-G is an Agile Management Consulting company focused on Business Agility with a human-centric approach In a world of ever increasing internationalization and digitalization fueled by the boom of commercial artificial intelligence, the need for speed has never been greater This should be well supported by the introduction of Agile that started to take off for more than a decade ago However, the Agile vision is far from being realized. Instead Agile often means - Doing Agile over being Agile - Inbound focus over outbound focus - Ad hoc over well-thought-through - Speed over quality - Do half of scrum poorly and use Jira which leads to failure over and over again What is missing is a holistic view on how to transform customer needs into realized customer benefits in a fast and efficient way. This holistic view could be described as Business Agility which which emphasizes Performance & Quality in the Customer to Customer flow (C2C flow) Business Agility is A-M-G's main expertize area based on more than 20 years of experience in transforming customer needs into realized customer benefits
