About AA Homes and Housing Ltd

AA Homes & Housing Ltd has established itself as a key player in the UK property market with a diverse portfolio of over 640 units and 186 land sites across England and Wales and growing rapidly. Operating in 3 business sectors, the company has a successful history of linking property solutions to a large property portfolio and developing land sites as necessary to support business needs. Our main focus is residential property development including office to residential conversions, residential property refurbishment and new build. We are a fast growing property investment business, and have steadily built a strong reputation on the back of our carefully managed acquisition strategy. Having procured a number of key sites, the portfolio benefits from distressed assets to prime site locations, securing excellent uplifts and minimising costs through an in house workforce of planners, architects and design teams. The other part of the business procures and manages housing contracts with local authorities. The company has quickly established itself as a key player within the office to residential sector, with the acquisition of office blocks in key strategic areas of the UK.
