About AB Capital Investment Limited

AB Capital Investment Limited is a private equity real estate investment manager with a focus on Japan hospitality assets. Formed in the midst of COVID-19, AB Capital intends to source and acquire opportunistic investments that aim to deliver stable income and capital growth to our investors and targets to achieve JPY 70 billion AUM by 1H 2026. As of date, AB Capital has acquired 11 hotels in Japan, namely Folio Sakura Shinsaibashi Osaka by Banyan Tree Group in 2020, Prostyle Ryokan Tokyo Asakusa in 2021, Hotel LiVEMAX Shinjuku Kabukicho Meijidori in 2022, APA Hotel Kamataeki-Higashi in 2023, Randor Hotel Osaka Namba Suites, Randor Residential Hotel Kyoto Suites, Vessel Inn Asakusa Tsukuba Express, and APA Hotel Keikyu Kamata ekimae Nishi in 2024. In 2025, we added Urakusatsu Tou in Kusatsu and two newly acquired hotels in Osaka, which are currently undergoing rebranding as the first City Express by Marriott in Asia. Looking ahead, AB Capital is poised for further expansion, and targets to acquire an addition of 5 - 7 hotels in the next year.
