Located on a beautiful park like setting next to City Hall in O'Fallon, Missouri. Abbey Senior Health provides skilled nursing services that are Medicare and Medicaid Certified as well as Independent Living Apartments (Villa Theresa Apartments) for Seniors that are income based. The focus of Abbey Senior Health is to provide the proper care and living environment that keeps residents supported, safe, healthy and thriving within the most independent level of care environment as possible. The majority of skilled nursing rooms are private rooms specializing in short term rehabilitation after an illness. Abbey Senior Health and Select Rehab Team work to bring seniors back to their pre-illness level of living and health returning 85% of those residents' home. Excellent food, prepared by an Executive Chef, along with Activities and Spiritual Care makes Abbey Senior Health a first choice among area Seniors and Catholics (Mass offered twice daily) who live in western St. Charles County.
