About Abhaya Wellness

Abhaya Wellness is a clinically owned and operated psychotherapy office that believes in supporting and creating systems of care for individuals, groups, families, and couples on their path of wellness. Our system is built by, and around, our highly skilled and diverse clinical team which keeps our quality of care at the center of everything we do. Our organization strives to create a mindfulness inspired clinically driven experience that fosters high levels of continuity of care, a strong sense of accountability, and a fearless approach to clinical work. Additionally, because our therapists have a deep understanding of our client’s needs and treatment progress, we can be more effective in tailoring the treatment process to meet your needs and achieving your goals. People often approach this process as “finding the right therapist”. We believe it is equally important to find the right organization that aligns with your values, goals, and preferences. We offer individual and group psychotherapy, family and couples therapy, substance use recovery services, gender-responsive intensive outpatient program, and wellness and recovery coaching.
