About Abitos

New, different, atypical and specialized. Different because our vision stands for complete transparency and a personal service. We bring property owners into contact with the right target group and at the same time provide a well-considered offer for buyers and tenants. This way we always create a win-win situation for all parties. Caring for our customers is part of our DNA. Atypical because we want to do things differently. In a society where the real estate market is overheated, and prices are skyrocketing, not everyone is able to rent a home, let alone buy one. That's why we donate five percent of our profits every year to Huize Triest, a homeless organization in Ghent. Specialized because we know the East Flanders region inside out. This specialization allows us to build a strong network of buyers, sellers, tenants and renters. Our personal and transparent approach means we know which clients we can propose properties to, ensuring an efficient real estate transaction.
