About Above & Beyond Fitness Hub

At Above & Beyond Fitness Hub, we’re on a mission to redefine what health and fitness look like for everyday Australians. Based in Jindalee, we’ve created a welcoming, no-ego space where all ages and fitness levels feel supported to move better, feel stronger and live longer — no matter where they’re starting from. We believe in empowering generational health through holistic health pathways — combining personalised coaching, inclusive movement programs, expert education and community connection. Whether it's building strength after 50, supporting menopause and osteoporosis risk, or simply helping someone take their first confident step into fitness, we’re here for it. Our team includes Exercise Physiologists, PTs, Group Coaches and an entire community cheering you on. With 24/7 gym access, over 45 group classes/week, tailored programs and real people, ABFH is more than just a gym — it’s a place where real sustainable change happens.
