About ABSTRACT Commercial Real Estate

We are a boutique Retail Brokerage firm specializing in downtown Madison, WI and the suburbs. Collectively having lived over 45 years in the Madison area, we overlay the uniqueness of each neighborhood or suburb with demographics providing superior site selection. Negotiating on your behalf, guiding you through the process while connecting you with the right resources - contractor, real estate attorney, lender, etc. - to optimize your investment. Our expertise expands Leasing/Sales, Investment Sales, Mixed-Use Developments and Consultation working with Tenants, Owners and Developers through representation, speaking on your behalf at city meetings for approvals (liquor, development) and more. We are a hands-on team that keeps an eye on the properties, are current on the market as well as trends and influence from the west and east coast. We have leased mixed-use developments totaling $151MM+, consulting on the development, retail space requirements/construction, parking and various parameters that allow for efficient pre-leasing securing premium tenants. This is made easy through our network of local, regional and national contacts as well as our active role in various groups including the City of Madison BID board (Executive Committee), CCIM Member, Downtown Madison Inc. and other real estate groups. We give back to the community providing education on commercial real estate through DreamBank by American Family and WWBIC, being a requested speaker at "The Future of State Street" by NAIOP, Commercial Real Estate Forecast Summit, the Guest Editor of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Exchange (CIREX) and more. We believe securing successful locations for business owners, providing strong, unique and experiential tenants for landlords and developing beautiful mixed-use properties that enhance people's lives.
