About ABYARD - General Contracting 2.0.

Delivering residential projects means constantly balancing cost, time, and risk. ABYARD helps developers and investors take control of that process. We operate as a general contractor delivering projects under a design & build model - simplifying execution and eliminating fragmented responsibility. We’ve built an integrated system where architecture, prefabrication, and construction work as one coordinated process. We take full responsibility - from early-stage analysis and optimization, through design and technology selection, to final delivery. We don’t push a single solution. We select the right approach for each project - based on function, scale, timeline, and budget - using MABUDO reinforced concrete prefabrication (35 years of experience) or UCUBER modular systems delivered turnkey. This allows investors to compare technological options, optimize costs, and shorten timelines already at the design stage. We are part of URBA Enterprises - an integrated platform combining architecture, technology, and execution. Our capabilities include three in-house production facilities: a reinforced concrete prefab factory, a modular building plant, and a roof truss facility. We also operate an in-house structural design and cost engineering team, as well as a dedicated unit delivering renewable energy systems. Across URBA Enterprises, teams of over 80 architects, structural engineers, and specialists support every stage of the delivery process. Our current delivery capacity reaches approximately 1,500 residential units annually and continues to grow. We deliver housing communities, multifamily buildings, and hospitality projects across Poland and European markets. The result: greater predictability, shorter timelines, and full accountability on one side. If you are planning a project and looking for a model that truly reduces complexity and execution risk - let’s talk. ABYARD - Execution powered by prefabrication.
