About Academic Partners

An incredible journey spanning some 40 years of company continuity, starting back in 1978, has seen our companies (Executive ABAC Talenting t/a Executive Partners, Academic Partners, Gear Advertising [recruitment advertising specialists] and Executive Leadership [Resellers of ResearchGate]) integrally linked to global giants like Davy Ashmore (UK), McKee (USA), Deloitte (Global) and more recently ResearchGate (Germany). Allowing us to pick up extraordinary recruitment techniques and learn global supply and demand factors, while developing bespoke products, protocols and intellectual property, second to none. Be it straight to market print or digital recruitment advertising, where you do the rest, be it piecemeal consultative support, like getting us to apply our Activity Based Assessment and Confirmation (ABAC) assessment and/or behavioural profiling and/or ‘Intuitive Reference Checking’ techniques (tests referee reliability) to your near-short-listed candidates or be it the full Monty of accessing (including world-class search), assessment (using our ABAC IP) and impeccable forensic digging, we’re ready to assist. All our services are tailored and designed to ensure you make risk-free hiring decisions and within budget. The hallmarks of our success include unique pre- and post-delivery activities, unparalleled assessment IP, global techniques … all done at a super-close and integral level.
