About Acceli AI

Acceli helps organisations use AI to remove busywork, speed up decisions, and make information easier to find. We deliver pracital AI tools that fit your processes and respect your data: • AI readiness and roadmap: a short, plain-language plan showing where AI helps, what it costs, what it saves, and how we measure success. • AI and agent integrations: small helpers that take routine steps off your team’s plate (collect info, draft replies, update systems). • RAG assistant on your documents: a private “ask me anything” over your files that cites its sources, so people get quick, trusted answers. • Document understanding and classification: invoices, contracts, emails and forms turned into structured entries you can search and report on. • Workflow automation: fewer handoffs from intake to approval; clear status, fewer errors. • Intranets, dashboards, and natural-language BI: ask a question in plain Estonian or English and get a chart and a short explanation. • Intelligent search and discovery: one place to find what’s scattered across drives, inboxes, and tools. • Proof of concept or pilot in 2 weeks: a small, safe slice in production conditions so you can see impact before scaling. • Integrations: Slack, SharePoint, Google Drive, web services, databases — plug AI into the tools you already use. • API development: clean connections so AI features can be added to your products and internal systems. • Technology we use: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini (chosen to match your security and budget). How we work • Start small, measure, then scale. • Clear ownership, weekly check-ins, and simple documentation. • Privacy and GDPR by design; access controls and audit trail. • Time tracking, cost and quality monitored from day one. Outcomes • Faster responses, less manual work, better use of your data—and a clear line to ROI.
