We collaborate closely with Ontario Health atHome, as well as a broad network of provincial and municipal agencies, to ensure the seamless delivery of timely, high-quality, and personalized healthcare services. These partnerships enable us to coordinate care effectively, respond to diverse community needs, and provide individuals with the right support at the right time, whether in a clinical setting or in the comfort of their own homes.. We are also proud to introduce our new division, Access Integrated Care Solutions (AICS), incorporating the AICS clinic, a contemporary healthcare model that empowers clients with choice. Our nurse led approach seamlessly integrates clinic-based services with in-home support, enhancing quality and promoting better healthy outcomes.
