AccountingRx works with business and nonprofit leaders when accounting starts to break down — often during periods of transition, growth, or change. Most of our client relationships begin when a long-time accounting staff member retires or leaves, when the organization outgrows its existing systems, or when leaders realize that accounting has become a constant source of stress instead of support. Our role is to step in as a fully staffed finance team — not just to clean things up, but to build a sustainable accounting function going forward. We handle the day-to-day accounting work so leaders can focus on running their organizations with clarity and confidence. Our services typically include bookkeeping, payroll, bill pay, month-end close and reconciliations, and financial reporting for leadership, boards, CPAs, and lenders. We are not a traditional CPA firm, and we don’t compete with CPAs. We partner closely with them by keeping our clients’ books clean, current, and reliable — making everyone’s job easier.
