About Accura Law Office

Accura Law Office was founded in early 2024 by a group of young law practitioners with a clear goal of creating a first-rate law firm, a laboratory and multifaceted legal diagnostic research center capable of providing innovative legal solutions, suitable for the problems and demands of each client. Accura Law Office offers legal services for a wide range of areas of public and private Albanian and international law, but its main focus is legal advice and assistance to companies and businesses that exercise commercial activity in Albania in different areas such as industry, trade, tourism, construction, development and real estate market, banks, investment funds, and civil, commercial, tax, administrative, criminal and constitutional cases. Although our office offers legal services to any legal entity, individual or group of individuals with legal needs, the utmost priority for us as a law firm is the assistance to business development. The first question we ask ourselves with every client who approaches us for legal assistance is: "What is the best outcome we can provide for their needs?" Our firm pays special attention to the protection and promotion of human rights and the development of due process, and through close cooperation with our prominent partners, we offer advice and legal protection of the highest level in the Supreme Court, in the Constitutional Court, in the European Court of Human Rights (and by becoming part of its jurisdiction, even in the European Court of Justice). The successful submission of applications, representation at international courts, or the pursuit of paths of international arbitration, confirm our commitment to pursue and persist to the very end for the recognition and realization of the rights and interests of the clients who trust us.
