From NPI to medium-volume, high-mix production, we offer services in surface mount technology (SMT), pin-through-hole (PTH), electro-mechanical and cable assembly. Rework capabilities include removal and replacement of BGAs, fine pitch, QFN, LGA or other types of rework to functional and flying probe test.
