About Acorns Gym

Acorn Health & Leisure Ltd, is a company formed by club members’ to best promote the club’s use and facilities for the enjoyment of all. The club is run by Michael Hough and Mary Franck, together with the lovely team at the front desk, bar and fitness areas. There is an excellent range of equipment in the gym, a spin studio, a dance and fitness studio, three squash courts, a pool and two tennis courts. Members can relax in the steam room or sauna, read a newspaper in the comfortable and spacious lounge area and use the club as a handy meeting place. On the site also are the complementary services of a newly decorated bar/café serving a range of food from a light and healthy bites to a warming main meal and beverages from a double shot cappuccino to a triple sec cocktail; a crèche/nursery where offspring can be dropped off whilst doing a class; a physiotherapist specialising in sports injuries.
