ACOSTA Civil Trial Attorneys is a civil defense law firm founded in 2001 by Julio C. Acosta after breaking off as a name partner from the local defense law firm he began his career at. ACOSTA concentrates in the defense of insurers, insureds, and self-insured companies. The ACOSTA team, defends ALL types of general liability, premises, and transportation accident cases including auto, trucking, construction, retail, and restaurants in the areas of both liability and worker's compensation matters. The ACOSTA firm also has an entire department devoted to the defense of First party property cases. This department was opened in 2005 right after hurricane Wilma and Katrina. The firm is small enough to be able to provide the individualized service and responsiveness your company deserves, yet large enough to handle the most complex of civil matters on a statewide basis throughout Florida.
