About Action for Development of Grassroots Communities (ADEGCO)

The Action for Development of Grassroots Communities (ADEGCO) is a Community-Based Organization committed to empowering children, youth, and women to break cycles of poverty and build sustainable futures. We work in the thematic areas of education, skills training, and climate change adaptation, guided by the belief that lasting change begins at the grassroots. Through community-driven initiatives, we create opportunities for learning, employability, and resilience while promoting environmental stewardship. ADEGCO is more than an organization—it is a movement of people working together to transform lives, nurture potential, and strengthen communities for inclusive and sustainable development.
