About ActionCOACH Central Ohio

Certified Business and Executive Coach, Heather Yakes, established ActionCOACH Central Ohio in 2014. After 20+ years in the corporate world working with Fortune 500 companies to increase their sales and profits, she chose to “come back home” and fulfill her passion for helping small to medium size businesses in the Central Ohio community do the same. Her experience over the years has made it clear that most business challenges boil down 3 primary areas: time, team and money. For business owners it is simple. We want a profitable business that can work without us. Let’s face it, none of us went into business to create a “job” for ourselves, but the reality is that most business owners are captive to their own business. As a business coaches, our greatest reward is witnessing the transformation that our clients make from working long hours, achieving less than desired profit and keeping their dream team to a profitable business that can work without them! Business owners and employees alike want fulfillment in their lives beyond their day to day responsibilities. Employees want their work life to contribute to a greater mission. Since we spend the majority of our waking hours in our work environment, it should be a place where prospective employees are knocking down the doors for the opportunity to work for you. Without investing in our people and ourselves as leaders, we are left with a void of disengaged employees who contribute less than what is expected of them and businesses who struggle to recruit, attract and retain their dream team. Our passion is to transform the team into a lasting fully engaged team that drives the business to achieve its goals. By working with business owners, executives and their teams we help create successful businesses that achieve high performance, productivity and profits.
