About Active School Organisation

Active School UK delivers structured after school and holiday sports programmes to primary schools across the UK. We specialise in gymnastics and physical activity provision built around clear progression frameworks, strong safeguarding standards, and consistent session quality. Our programmes develop physical literacy, confidence, resilience and discipline in young people, while providing schools with reliable, professionally managed enrichment provision. Behind the scenes, we operate a scalable regional model supported by Lead Coaches and Area Leads who uphold our standards and drive local growth. We invest in training, mentoring and internal development, creating clear pathways for coaches who want more than just sessional work. We are actively growing and welcome applications from: • Assistant Coaches • Lead Coaches • Outreach Trainers • Area Leads If you are ambitious, reliable and committed to raising standards in youth sport, there is opportunity here to grow into leadership roles as we expand nationally. For schools seeking structured, high quality provision, and for coaches looking to build a long term career within a professional organisation, we would love to connect.
