About AD Casa – Andrea Duranti

From over 15 years AD Casa is one of the leading companies in the real estate market in Tuscany. Since the beginning we aim for the professional and company growth: since 2010 we built more than 800 flats, we extended our business from residential to commercial or hospitality, till we got to experiment new forms of loan, becoming one of the first real estate firm in Italy to finance two projects with the crowdfunding. We take care of all real estates operations required to the creation of unique spaces. Our expertise consists of a combined system of services, developed and accomplished over the years through the strengthening of partnerships with professionals from real estate and financial market, technical offices, architecture and design. Thanks to these resources, we’re able to follow every real estate operation step by step: from the purchase and the management of the investments, the development of the project and the architects’ task, till the commercial sale and costumer care. Our goal is clear: to build outstanding spaces that fulfil our clients’ needs, creating shared values and profits for our investors.
