About Adam Brett Property

At Adam Brett Property Ltd and Bedford Universal Stays, we specialise in delivering high-quality, well-managed serviced accommodation across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and the surrounding areas. Our work focuses on two key areas: providing excellent stays for guests and building long-term partnerships with landlords, property owners and agents. We lease, furnish and professionally manage properties through a compliant rent-to-rent model, offering guaranteed rent, high presentation standards and a fully hands-off experience for owners. Each property we take on is furnished, maintained and operated to a level above the local market average. Whether we’re working with individual landlords, portfolio owners or agents, we aim to make the process simple, transparent and mutually beneficial. Our serviced accommodation portfolio serves contractors, business travellers and relocation guests, with a growing focus on high-quality holiday stays. Over the next few years, our goal is to build Bedford Universal Stays into a leading serviced and holiday accommodation provider across Beds & Bucks, while continuing to offer reliable, predictable income to the landlords we work with. What sets us apart is our commitment to doing things properly. We focus on compliance, property condition and guest experience, ensuring every property reflects the standards we’re known for. Whether we work alongside existing managing agents or manage compliance directly, we provide a structured and professional service that supports both owners and guests. If you’re a landlord, agent, property owner or business looking for trusted serviced accommodation or a reliable guaranteed-rent partner, we’d be happy to connect. We’re always open to new opportunities and conversations as we continue expanding our network of quality properties across the region.
